We seek entry level architectural design staff with three (3) – six (6) years of experience and a strong desire to gain a variety of work-related experiences on the path to fulfill licensure requirements. Our architectural staff will engage with our in-house mentors to build mentee and mentor relationships to invest in their professional development in architecture. The ideal staff will have some experience in all aspects of the traditional project delivery [SD, DD, CD & CA], with computer CAD experience, modeling and rendering ability.

• Provides project teams with assistance
• Thrives in and fosters a collaborative working environment
• Participates in client meetings and presents creative concepts to clients
• Participates in concept, schematic, and design development phases of the project
• Produces plans, sections, elevations and working sketches
• Provides assistance and input on code research
• Reviews the plat survey, topography, photos, market study and program
• Adheres to time constraints and established deadlines
• Fosters client relationships to generate repeat business and future business referral opportunities
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelors of Architecture Degree
  • Professional experience in an architectural design office and experienced using 3D modeling as a design tool
  • Prior experience in hospitality, large mixed-use and or residential projects preferred
  • Experience in all aspects of the architectural design from concept to construction administration is a plus
  • Familiar with the latest as well as developing technologies for building designs, materials and systems
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment spending time working with other architectural designers while utilizing design skills to create renderings, project drawings and new drawings based on sketches as well as existing marked up drawings
  • CAD Software & BIM: Autodesk Revit (domestic projects) & Bentley AECOsim
    Building Designer SS6 (China projects)
  • 3D Modeling and Rendering: 3D Studio Max, Rhino, VRay, SketchUp
  • Presentation: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; Bentley LumenRT
    Laser Cutting, 3D Printing
