Talk: Mapping Eviction

January 24, 2019 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm EST

Free

Learn about Princeton University’s Eviction Lab, which has produced the first nationwide database of evictions, and discover how this powerful tool can help us gain a better understanding about the eviction crisis in America. Eviction Lab research specialists James Hendrickson and Lavar Edmonds present data on national eviction rates as well as for select metropolitan regions and discuss, with Evicted curator Sarah Leavitt, how this data can be used in developing solutions. This talk compliments the exhibition Evicted, which is open before the program.
