Poggenpohl raises the standard of living with excellence at Elysium Logan luxury condominiums. The 32-unit boutique residence building, opened by Madison Investments, is located in Washington D.C.’s highly sought-after Logan Circle neighborhood. PNG Architects and Akseizer Design Group crafted these luxury spaces with kitchen designs from Principle/Director for AAI Poggenpohl, Amir Farazad, who brings a clean and elegant aesthetic to each space.

“We designed this kitchen with the most discerning of clients in mind,” states Amir Farazad. “We wanted to create a space that was not only functional but also aesthetically fitting to the space.”

Sleek and simple features such as handleless cabinets and a stunning waterfall island allows for seamless function, while an island overhang offers seating and easy entertaining. Two fine cabinetry finishes from Poggenpohl, White Lacquer and Walnut or French Grey and White Pine, invite modern living and stylish surroundings. Finally, quartz countertops and a polished backsplash complement state-of-the-art appliances from Bosch and Thermador.

The Elysium Logan condominiums offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den apartments, ranging from 550 square feet to 2,400 square feet, all with hardwood floors, dual walk-in closets, and oversized windows to enjoy.
