Architects rank last in customer satisfaction with phone calls, according to new study

Over the past few years, architects have gotten better websites that can easily display their work without pages of overwrought Flash designs. However, according to a recent study, they still rank last in customer satisfaction when it comes to handing customer phone calls. Just 20 percent of callers are satisfied with their experiences talking to architects, with men being satisfied 25 percent of the time, and women a mere 10 percent of the time. The study was conducted by the PH Media Group, who polled  2,234 consumers across the country.
